I was really hesitant about coming in for my cleaning after hearing that Dr. Harris and Sue, my hygienist, had retired. I had been with them for many years, and it felt like if I had to start over with a new team, I might as well go somewhere else. But Amy encouraged me to come in and reassured me that many of the staff were still there. And how wonderful the new doctors are. She gave me the sweetest pep talk and patiently answered all my questions about the changes. She is always so wonderful—pleasant, kind, and truly goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The personal care you receive from the moment you call to the time you leave is what makes this place so special. I brought my sister here as an emergency  pt.  Her first time here.  They got her in 1 hour after I called.  Because she has a heart condition, they have to use extreme caution.  I can’t begin to praise them all.   They are all amazing, from the front desk, to the dental tech, to the financial coordinator, to the amazing dentist.  They are wonderful.
