Payment Information

We believe in making financial arrangements convenient for our patients. We offer the following payment arrangements to our patients:

• Payment is due at time of service unless other financial arrangements are made.
• Full Payment Discount: Pay in full for services over $500 with cash or check in advance of treatment, receive a 6% discount. Pay in full over $500 with a credit card in advance of treatment, Receive a 5% discount. We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
• Long Term Financing: We offer financing with CareCredit allowing our patients to have several months of interest-free or low interest rate financing, paid off over a selected number of months or years.

Insurance Filing

Our office is willing to work with most insurance companies. This means that we will assist you in filing your insurance, and will accept payment from your insurance company. In the end the patient is always responsible for what the insurance does not pay. We try to estimate what the insurance will pay and if the insurance company pays less than what we estimate, which is sometimes the case, the patient is always responsible for paying the remainder.
